We’re on a mission to make it easier for homeowners to switch from gas boilers to air source heat pumps.
Decarbonising heating is one of the most important challenges facing the UK. To speed up the transition, we’re focused on improving every part of the installation process, using better technology and tools, so we can deliver high-quality heat pump installations more efficiently and cost-effectively.

Heating Engineer & Installer – Air Source Heat Pumps
Update: This role is currently filled, but we may need more installers in the near future, so please get in touch if you’re interested.
We’re looking for an experienced and friendly Lead Installer to take ownership of the heat pump installation process, from arriving at the customer’s door, managing the installation team, and handing over to the customer.
Technical Surveyor & System Designer – Air Source Heat Pumps
Update: This role is currently filled, but we may need more surveyors in the near future, so please get in touch if you’re interested.
We’re looking for an experienced and friendly Technical Surveyor & System Designer to undertake technical surveys and heat loss calculations in customers’ homes and design high-quality heat pump systems for them.
